Jules Ribi

Jules Ribi represents that rare case where a person holds both a high degree of artistic talent alongside strong management and organizational skills. While she joined Landlab in a marketing support role, it quickly became clear that she should not only be managing marketing but, in fact, all other departments as well. In her role as Vice President, Jules now spends much of her time ensuring the urban planning and architecture files are proceeding smoothly, and that the final built form is up to Landlab’s quality and architectural standards. Among her varied roles, she also oversees engineering while managing the implementation and installation of infrastructure. Her ability to step back, look at the big picture, and then find strategic solutions to complex problems ensures roadblocks are overcome as quickly as they come up.

Jules’ organizational skills and her ability to be fiercely persuasive when required have also lent structure and success to government relations. In addition, her eye for design has had a significant influence on the development of Landlab’s architectural inventory. Several house models have been developed under Jules' direction—each of which was designed with a particular practical and/or business case in mind—always to beautiful effect.
